We have sent a very important form home with every student as we try to identify families that live or work on government or tribal land. By completing the Impact Aid form Grand View School gets extra government money. These funds can be used in a variety of ways. Please return a completed form for each student in your home by Monday, October 12. The more forms we submit, the more government funding the school will receive. On a similar note, if you have not completed your U.S. Census form please do this right away. Our school district loses about $17,000 per year for every resident within the boundary of the Grand View School District for a total of 10 years if census forms aren't completed. Please go to my2020census.gov/ to complete your census information today. Thank you.

Parent-Teacher Conferences continue on Tuesday. There is no Boys & Girls Club on Tuesday due to the conferences. We want to thank families for the outstanding job you have all done supporting our COVID safety initiatives. Your children are doing an outstanding job. Frankly, we are amazed. We thank them daily. They wear masks. The kids socially distance. They work to keep their hands and workspaces clean. We realize that without your modeling and encouragement, we would not be so fortunate to have minimized our COVID risks. Again, thank you.
