Athletic Physicals – Monday, August 11th
Physicals are scheduled for the morning of Monday, August 11th. Grand View will provide transportation to NEO Health for all athletes needing a physical.
Required paperwork will be handed out to athletes on Thursday, August 7th. These forms must be completed, signed by a parent/guardian, and returned to the athletic department before August 11th.
These physicals are FREE and are required before athletes can begin practicing. This is a great opportunity to take care of it. If you do not participate at this time, you will need to make your own arrangements for a physical.

Grand View kicked off summer school on May 19th with an inspiring visit from author Traci Sorrell, who shared her powerful book, We Are Grateful. Students will continue exploring the book through a series of arts-integrated literacy projects, including a special watercolor activity led by talented local artist Dena Coleman. Grand View’s own art teacher, Mallory Semrow, will also guide students through additional creative projects inspired by the story. Meanwhile, Mrs. Provenzano’s class will be building kites as part of their hands-on literacy experience.
This project is funded in part by the Grand View Innovations to Literacy initiative and a grant from Joe’s Bookcase, a nonprofit, made possible through the support of local bookstore Too Fond of Books. Stay tuned—summer learning is off to a meaningful and creative start!
