Good afternoon Grand View parents,
This is a reminder that the school has free COVID rapid tests for students. To save time you can bring your children to school to be tested. It is important to note that you need to call our Health Aide, Mrs. Ladona Walls. She will set a time and location for their test. Ladona will then have the COVID test kit ready and meet you at your car. Appointments also ensure that we stock enough test kits.
Please remember to follow COVID safety strategies: check daily for symptoms, take temperatures each morning, wash hands frequently. Immediately test family members if they have symptoms, and test any family members 3-5 days after exposure to someone with COVID.
If you have questions about changing COVID quarantine guidelines, or to schedule a rapid test, you may reach Mrs. Walls at 918-456-5131 extension 505.
Just a reminder that there will be concession on Friday. Have a great evening!
Tomorrow pictures will be taken for spring, classroom group, and 8th grade retakes .
This week's weather pattern will bring very cold wind-chill temperatures. Please be sure your child has layered clothing or a heavy coat for the remainder of the week. If you do not have warm clothing for your child, please contact the school and ask to speak to Davada Davis.
Annual vision screenings will be done for all students this week.
COVID safety procedures will be used by students, staff & screening teams.
Parents may contact the Health Aide, Mrs Walls to decline the screening for their child.
