PK and NEW Kinder enrollment will be on Thursday April 4th from 3:30-6:00 at the new front office. The following documents are required to complete enrollment. Incomplete packets/documents will not be accepted.
Completed enrollment packet
Two proofs of residency
-Print out from County Assessor’s Office (located at Cherokee County Courthouse)
-Current utility bill with a current date, your name and address or rental/lease agreement with your name and physical address
Birth certificate
Immunization records (all immunizations must be up to date based on the OK State Dept of Health)
Soonercare number/card (if applicable)
CDIB card (if Native American-CDIB and Citizenship/Membership card (copy of front and back) if student does not have their own card please include a copy of parent(s) card.)
Court documents (for any custody/guardianship arrangements and/or ALL protective orders that may pertain to your student or that the school needs to know)
(The school will be happy to make copies of the above documents if needed!)
Age Requirements:
Pre-Kindergarten MUST be four (4) years of age on or before September 1 of the current school year.
Kindergarten MUST be five (5) years of age on or before September 1 of the current school year.
