Grand View Public School recently hosted the third Hope, Healing, and Comfort Holiday blood drive in partnership with the Oklahoma Blood Institute.

We asked Ashley Hinson from OBi about what makes Grand View’s blood drive so successful? She replied, “I’m so impressed with the blood drive numbers drawn at Grand View School, because the size of the school and the contribution from the community and the parents.” Ms. Hinson continued, “A typical blood drive gets between 15 to 20 units, meaning Grand View had four times that amount. Grand View’s total of 81 will save up to 243 lives here in the Tahlequah area.”
