In preparation of the Phase 2 construction plan we are required to change how student dropoff and pickup take place for the Early Learning Center (ELC). To ensure the safety of our students and staff the parking lot will become a 1-WAY traffic area during student drop off (7:00-8:00) and pickup (2:45-3:15) times. The East gate will be utilized as the entrance and the West gate will be the exit. If you are dropping off older students along with an ELC student you may drop off the older students in front of the gym. Please be mindful of the bus zone and try not to block access to their parking spots. The new drop off and pick up location will be marked and have staff there to assist.
Afternoon pickup will change slightly as well. The East gate will open at 2:45 for ELC parents to begin student pickup. To avoid congestion at the intersection please wait until 2:45 to arrive. For those who pick up older students after picking up ELC students, vehicles will exit the parking lot through the West gate and re-enter through the East gate to park in front of the portable building where the older students are to be picked up.
