Attention Parents Impact Aid Forms

Please complete the survey form sent home and return to Grand View School at your earliest convenience. This is one of the most important forms that we ask you to complete. This survey helps our school qualify for extra federal funds through the Impact Aid program. The Impact Aid survey is designed to identify property and jobs related to federal projects so that schools are reimbursed by the federal government for lost tax revenue. Qualified property includes tribal housing, property associated with a military base or government facility, or low-income family housing. Jobs that qualify include reimbursement money for family members that work on tribal lands (for the Cherokee Nation) or at tribal casinos, work on military bases or work at government facilities like the Veteran’s Administration Hospital. Please complete this confidential survey so that Grand View School can reclaim as many lost federal tax dollars as possible. We would like to begin saving this supplemental money as we plan to build new buildings and to improve existing school facilities.
