Please print this Acceptable Use Policy and Agreement, review with your child, and sign the document. We will require this signed agreement before school devices will be released to the student.
- If you are choosing the VIRTUAL MODEL option, please bring this signed agreement when picking up your child's device(s).
-If you are choosing the TRADITIONAL MODEL option, please have your child bring the signed agreement to class the first day of school.
For those students 3rd through 8th grade that chose the VIRTUAL MODEL of instruction and are enrolled, we will have device pickup on Monday, August 24th, from 12:00pm-6:00pm. We will ask that you please use the same procedure as the food distribution process that was carried throughout the summer. Which is entering at the west gate by the Early Child Learning Center. Please have the signed Acceptable Use Policy and Agreement ready when you come to the line. A staff member will accept your document and then provide you with the device(s) for each student. Please let us know if you are requiring school provided internet access at your time of arrival.
For those that chose the TRADITIONAL MODEL of instruction and have enrolled, the school devices will be checked out the first day of school for students 3rd through 8th grade. Please have your child bring the signed Acceptable Use Policy and Agreement to their homeroom teacher. Once the document is received, a device will be checked out to your child.
