Cherokee Nation Johnson O'Malley Program recently held their Cherokee Writing Competition. Grand View School students garnering positions were, L-R: Andrea Russell, 5th grader, placed 1st in her division for her fiction piece titled "U-Ku-ta-na" and Sarah Russell, 6th grader, placed 2nd in her division for her Cherokee writing piece titled "My Dog".
